Two component structural graded polymers modified high strength cement mortar / concrete for restoration of distressed structures and for heavy load bearing concrete elements. Extremely low permeability provides maximum protection against carbon dioxide and chlorides. Excellent bond strength, high compressive, tensile and flexural strengths. Ideal to use for shrinkage compensated reinstatement of spalled concrete of reinforced concrete members like beams, columns, elevated walls, soffits, etc.

(Non-shrink, high strength cementitious micro concrete)

Powercrete MC is a rapid setting high early strengthener shrinkage compensated repair concrete. Especially for structural repairs, Concrete roadways and pavements. Low permeability of water providing high strength to concrete it can be applied in sections upto 100 mm for extra thickness (mix) moderate aggregates (6mm to 12 mm) has to be added at equal proportion. Free flow, penetrative concrete slurry eliminates the need of vibrators.

(High solid, structural graded epoxy concrete)

Solvent free expoxy resin based concrete which produces high compressive and abrasion strengths. It provides fast and permanent reinstatement of concrete where high strength, impact and chemical resistance is of most important. It is ideal to use for both vertical and horizontal applications for reinstatement of defective concrete surface in bridges, dams foundations, runways, spillways, etc. Compressive strength 81 N/mm² and tensile strength 14 N/mm² curing free suitable for any type of surfaces and rapid hardener. Ideal for emergency and durable repairs for dry and damp surfaces.

(Repair systems for concrete / cement floors)

High strength concrete floor repair system contains adhesives and special mortar mix. Easy to apply nonshrink high performance repair material with high early strength gain. Sets to become harder than original floor concrete, nonshrink properties inhibits tendency to crack.
